MyRoomeaze Terms and Conditions

Introduction
1. Welcome to MyRoomeaze, operated as part of the Something Generic group of businesses and is also known as Generic Sharing PTY LTD and myroomeaze. (Hereinafter referred to as “MyRoomeaze“, the “Company”, “we“, “us” or “our“).
2. By accessing the MyRoomeaze application or its website at myroomeaze.com and supportive pages at www.myroomeaze.com/support, whether by a mobile device, smartphone device, mobile application, browser, or computer (collectively known as the “Service”) and in addition to any other terms conditions, notices and disclaimers contained on www.myroomeaze.com and its affiliated websites, you (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “user”, “member”, “members”, or “users”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“this Agreement”), whether or not you create a MyRoomeaze profile, or listing (the “Account”).
3. If you wish to access the MyRoomeaze service and/ or create an Account please read these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Agreement between You and MyRoomeaze
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement
  1. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Service.

    2. Safety Tips
    3. Terms disclosed and agreed to by you if you
      1. Access products or services we offer on the Service, such as terms governing features and promotions.
      2. purchase or accept additional features such as billing, free trials, and discounts

By accessing or using the Service, you accept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein and consent to have this Agreement and all notices provided to you in electronic form.

To withdraw this consent, you must cease using the Service and terminate your account. To receive a non- electronic copy of this Agreement, please contact us at support@myroomeaze.com. This Agreement may be modified by the Company from time to time without notice. Such modifications will be effective upon posting by the Company in the Service.

Eligibility
1. No part of MyRoomeaze is directed to persons under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use the Service.
2. By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you create an account, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. Using the Service may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the territory from which you access or use the Service.

Any use of the Service is void where prohibited by law.

Term, and membership
1. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have a MyRoomeaze account.
2. You may disable or delete your account at any time, for any reason, by;
  1. Following the instructions in “App Settings” in the Service.
  2. Contacting us via the Support page.
  3. Emailing us via support@myroomeaze.com with the subject line “Cancel my account”

You understand that if you delete your account, or if we delete your account in accordance with these terms, you may lose access to any data previously associated with your account (including but not limited to, any profile details, communication or Money associated with your account).

Suspension and termination
1. We reserve the right to, terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have breached any part of this Agreement, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in our sole discretion do any or all of the following in relation to your membership:
  1. Suspend your membership;
  2. Permanently or temporarily hide all or part of your member profile;
  3. Modify your member profile;
  4. Terminate your account for any reason by providing notice to you by email;
  5. Terminate your account immediately without notice to you if you have committed a breach of any of our Terms;
  6. Deactivate your account if you have not used your account for a period of 12 months or more (from the date of last use); and/or

Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases.

The Company is not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account. After your account is terminated for any reason, all terms of this Agreement survive such termination, and continue in full force and effect.

MyRoomeaze is for the personal use of individual members only. Businesses, groups, organizations and companies are prohibited from registering as members directly however individuals on behalf of a company may register as an individual user.
We have no obligation to monitor any member’s use of an MyRoomeaze Site, however, we reserve the right at all times to monitor, retain and disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, legal requirement, police investigation or governmental request or to benefit our users and ensure proper usage.

Disclaimers
1. You acknowledge and agree that neither the Company nor its affiliates and third party partners are responsible for and shall not have any liability, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, as a result of or alleged to be the result of:
  1. any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted in the Service, whether caused by users or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service;
  2. the timeliness, deletion or removal, incorrect delivery or failure to store any Content, communications or personalization settings;
  3. the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user;
  4. any error, omission or defect in, interruption, deletion, alteration, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, any user or user communications; or
  5. any problems, failure or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users or to any other person’s computer or device related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Internet and/or in connection with the Service.
2. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Company provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and grants no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the service (including all content contained therein), including (without limitation) any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Company does not represent or warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, secure or that any defects or errors in the service will be corrected.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for and hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action with respect to any damage to your device, computer system, internet access, download or display device, or loss or corruption of data that results or may result from the download of any such material. If you do not accept this limitation of liability, you are not authorised to download or obtain any material through the service.

From time to time, the company may make third party opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other third party information or content available through the service. All third party content is the responsibility of the respective authors thereof and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such third party authors are solely responsible for such content. the company does not:
1. Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any third party content provided through the service, or
2. Adopt, endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by any party that appears in the service. Under no circumstances will the company or its affiliates be responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or other content posted in the service, or transmitted to or by any users.
In addition to the preceding paragraph and other provisions of this Agreement, any advice that may be posted in the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional financial, medical, legal, or other advice.
The Company makes no representations or warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Service. If you have specific concerns or a situation arises in which you require professional or medical advice such as home relocation services, travelling agencies, or disputes between room-mates over ownership, you should consult with an appropriately trained and qualified specialist.

Indemnity by You
1. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, their officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of or failure to comply with this Agreement (including any breach of your representations and warranties contained herein), any postings or Content you post in the Service, and the violation of any law or regulation by you are created at your own risk.

Entire Agreement
1. By accessing and using the MyRoomeaze App and affiliated sites, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on MyRoomeaze Sites relating to your use of the Company Sites.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of Australia. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against MyRoomeaze Pty Ltd must be resolved by the courts of Australia. You and MyRoomeaze both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts;

If we don’t enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement at our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below.

Accounts
1. In order to use MyRoomeaze, you must sign in using your Facebook login. If you do so, you authorise us to access and use certain Facebook account information, including but not limited to your public Facebook profile and information about Facebook friends you might share in common with other MyRoomeaze users.
  1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet the terms of use for creating Facebook profiles and accounts and using the Facebook services. For more information please see https://www.facebook.com/policies

2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.
3. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any disclosure or unauthorised use of your username or password or any other breach of security at support@myroomeaze.com or www.myroomeaze.com, and will ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session should you believe that your account has been compromised.
4. You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available (hereinafter, “post”) on the Service or transmit to other users, including text messages, chat, videos (including streaming videos), photographs, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, “Content”).
5. You may not post as part of the Service, or transmit to the Company or any other user (either on or off the Service), any offensive, inaccurate, incomplete, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person’s rights (including intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You represent and warrant that
  1. all information that you submit upon creation of your account, including information submitted from your Facebook account, is accurate and truthful and that you will promptly update any information provided by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or false and
  2. You have the right to post the Content on the Service and grant the licenses set forth below.
6. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any Content you post as part of a Service. The Company may delete any Content, in whole or in part, that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service or the Company.
7. By posting Content as part of the Service, you automatically grant to the Company, its affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non- exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to
  1. use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify and distribute the Content,
  2. prepare derivative works of the Content or incorporate the Content into other works, and

grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing in any media now known or hereafter created. You represent and warrant that any posting and use of your Content by the Company will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyRoomeaze.

Accounts and comments on our sites such as forums and social media pages that fall outside the posting rules stated in our Support sections or our Terms and Conditions of Use may be removed from the site.

You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to MyRoomeaze and any consequences that may result from your account and communication. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or that breaches our Terms and Conditions of Use. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user registration.
Flagging abuse
1. Members are able to flag a profile for any reason based on;
  1. The image(s) used
  2. The profile,
  3. Communication with any other members.
2. Should we believe that an account or communication created via this account of use, specifically this policy, we are able to suspend or terminate your account, and escalate the matter to any applicable authorities (government, copyright etc.) if required.

Account breaches our General posting policy
Account breaches Australian or local government law that relates to your account. Before listing on MyRoomeaze it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that content adheres to MyRoomeaze posting policies as well as applicable and relevant laws.
You do not have the rights to a room, or are not the owner, or entitled to list the room(s)
You have duplicated profiles
Your profile is not accurate,
1. Price reflected
2. Location,
3. Availability etc.
Your account is not in English. We currently only accept ads in English.
Your account contains external links: No external website links are allowed within your account profile to other property / job / classified or auction sites
Your account does not meet the basic requirements
1. Minimum 1 profile image and (if applicable) 1 room image
2. Facebook profile must have age, gender, location, and first name
Inappropriate language
Inappropriate photo / image
Discriminatory on race / religion / nationality / gender / etc.
Selling or offering services for supplements / medicine general or pharmaceutical
Selling (human or animal) body parts / bodily fluids, adoption or surrogacy
Profiles that are considered fraudulent, spam, deliberately misleading, phishing or refer or direct to other fraudulent profiles or external sites. Please report potentially fraudulent ads via the our Support pages, our flag user button, or via email at support@myroomeaze.com
MyRoomeaze reserves the right to suspend, terminate or remove any profile account that we feel is not relevant, or of value to the MyRoomeaze community, with or without notice to the profile owner.
1. In such event, you will no longer be able to access and/or use any funds associated with that account and no refund will be offered to you in relation to the same.
Use of MyRoomeaze sites and prohibited activities
1. You agree not to use the MyRoomeaze Sites (or contact any other member of a MyRoomeaze Site) to:
  1. violate any laws;
  2. post any threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material;
  3. defame, abuse, harass, stalk, troll, threaten or otherwise offend others;
  4. copy, modify, impersonate, or distribute any other person’s content without their consent;
  5. promote, or provide information about, illegal activities or conduct;
  6. promote racism, bigotry, hatred, harassment or any kind of harm against any group or individual;
  7. exploit any person under the age of 18, or
    1. to solicit information from anyone under 18; or
    2. provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other illegal manner,
  8. solicit money, passwords or personal information from any person.
  9. be false or misleading; or infringe any third-party right;
  10. engage in or promote any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited e-mailing or spamming;
  11. promote an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture- installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated images, audio or video, or links to pirated images, audio or video files;
    1. contains video, audio photographs, or images of another person without his or her permission (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s legal guardian);
    2. contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
  12. provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons or drugs, violating someone’s privacy, or providing, disseminating or creating computer viruses;
  13. impersonate, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;
  14. provide information or data you do not have a right to make available under law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information);
  15. transmit viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;
  16. disrupts the normal flow of dialogue, causes a screen to “scroll” faster than other users are able to type, or otherwise negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real time exchanges;
  17. solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminates another person’s personal information without his or her permission; and
  18. publicise or promotes commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
2. You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to MyRoomeaze and any consequences that may result from your post.

MyRoomeaze reserves the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaches the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user registration.

You also agree not to
1. use any robot, spider, scraper, other device, other automated means, or process to retrieve, index, collect, or in any way reproduce, or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of MyRoomeaze Sites;
2. “”link””, “”frame””, or “”mirror”” any part of the MyRoomeaze sites without our prior written authorization;
3. distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm MyRoomeaze or the interests or property of MyRoomeaze users;
4. impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of MyRoomeaze;
5. use MyRoomeaze for commercial endeavours, including advertising, selling or hiring products or services, harvesting, collecting names and/or email addresses or sending unsolicited emails.
6. bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to MyRoomeaze.
7. use code or other devices containing any reference to the MyRoomeaze Sites to direct other persons to any other web page;
8. except and only to the extent permitted by law, modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the MyRoomeaze Sites or cause any other person to do so.
Your use of the Service, including all Content you post through the Service, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that the Company may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, such as to:
1. comply with legal process;
2. enforce this Agreement;

respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties;

respond to your requests for customer service or allow you to use the Service in the future; or
protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company or any other person.

You agree that any Content you place on the Service may be viewed by other users and may be viewed by any person visiting or participating in the Service.”
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password. You are wholly responsible for all activities that occur under your login and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your login or password. You must ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
We may at any time request a form of identification to verify your identity and/or your compliance with MyRoomeaze Terms.

Services
1. You may become a member of MyRoomeaze at no cost. As a member you will have the ability to access some, but not all, of the features and services on the relevant MyRoomeaze Site.
2. While we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Company services are available uninterrupted, we do not make any representations or warranties that your access will be uninterrupted or error free at any given time. For technical assistance please see our support pages.
3. Access to any of the Company Sites may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or any reason beyond our control, these may include but not be limited to;
  1. technical reasons (such as technical difficulties experienced by us or on the internet);
  2. allow us to improve user experience;

Legal reasons for doing so (including privacy or other legal objections to the content or conduct of our Services);

a particular service or feature that no longer makes business sense for us to provide; or
altering the services we provide.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service or feature of the MyRoomeaze Sites in whole or in part any time.
You are not permitted to transfer any services or features purchased by you to any other person.
In no event will you be entitled to any payment for data connection/ and or mobile charges.
You are responsible for the internet connection and/or mobile charges that you may incur for using our Services. You should ask your mobile operator or internet service provider if you are unsure what these charges will be, before you use our sites.

Listing and advertising rooms
1. In addition to creating a user profile, members are also able to advertise or list a room in their account.
2. We do not act as your agent in relation to rooms or properties that you list/ or advertise on the Site and are not involved in any actual transaction between you and any third party. You enter into any transaction with a third party entirely at your own risk.
3. You agree that:
  1. rooms may only be listed once on the Site;
  2. you have the authority to advertise any rooms that you list and will supply MyRoomeaze with the required verification documentation if requested;

you will comply with all applicable laws and codes in relation to this agreement and the properties that you list;

you will remove property listings from the Site or amend them if reasonably requested to do so by MyRoomeaze;
all information you make available in relation to your property will at all times be up-to-date and accurate, appropriate to your property listing and not misleading or deceptive in any way;
you will not include in your listings links to any other sites or third party websites unless agreed with MyRoomeaze in advance;

You may remove your property listing from the Site at any time.
Where a dispute arises with another other party regarding the property, you agree to conciliate between yourself and the other party. Should MyRoomeaze be involved in any disputes or disagreements MyRoomeaze is able to determine the outcome at their discretion. Any decision made by MyRoomeaze will be deemed as final, and this may include but not be limited to; Removing rooms, suspending or terminating accounts.
Your obligations to other members. You agree that:
1. You will clearly communicate as soon as able any additional terms and conditions beyond those in the MyRoomeaze Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. you will review and resolve disputes generated from users that have stayed at your property in a timely manner and take the necessary action to ensure such complaints do not re-occur;

you do not mislead, misconstrue, in anyway or be false or misleading; or infringe any third-party right;

you have accurate and up to date listing and communicate accurate contact details,

Should you list a room, you agree and acknowledge that
1. Both you and any other user are in a position to create a contract,
  1. At least 18 years of age, or older if specified by local governing laws
2. MyRoomeaze is not a party to any contractual relationship between you and any other user.
Changes of mind, cancellations and refunds
1. Any agreement between you and other parties should set out as best as able any terms and conditions for changes, cancellations and refunds as these will be specific to each room listed.
2. These terms and agreement of your contractual arrangements are not held by MyRoomeaze and MyRoomeaze is unable to assist in any way.
Room listings are subject to the same Terms and Conditions of use as any member of MyRoomeaze.
We may terminate your account, and remove any room listings from the Site, immediately:
1. if we reasonably believe the safety, security and experience of MyRoomeaze members and/or MyRoomeaze reputation is at risk as a result of any act or omission by you
Additional fees and services
1. As a member, you may also have the ability to access additional chargeable features and services available on the MyRoomeaze Sites that becomes available from time to time.
2. Further details and any additional terms and conditions (including pricing) relating to chargeable features and services will be made available on the MyRoomeaze Sites. Any such additional terms and conditions form part of the MyRoomeaze Terms.
3. In the event of any unusual activity, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend payment and contact you, your bank or any other relevant third party to report such unusual activity.
4. We reserve the right to change the pricing for any chargeable service or feature on the MyRoomeaze Sites at any time. If you are unhappy with a change of pricing, you are entitled to discontinue your use of the MyRoomeaze Sites or terminate your membership in accordance with MyRoomeaze Terms.
5. In no event will you be entitled to any refund of payments for chargeable services or features. We will review requests for refunds at our sole discretion.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the pricing for use of any chargeable service or feature on the Company Sites will be stated GST/VAT inclusive.
Content
1. The Company owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Service, and in all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks and other intellectual property rights related thereto.
2. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any purposes any aspect of MyRoomeaze (other than your own content). When you provide content, you are granting us and acknowledging that you have the right to grant us, a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content.
3. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of the Company and its licensors.
4. Content on MyRoomeaze is provided by us, you and other users.
5. MyRoomeaze is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
6. Content displayed on or via MyRoomeaze is protected as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyright laws and international conventions.
7. You agree to not copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property or proprietary information accessible through the Service, without first obtaining the prior written consent of the Company or, if such property is not owned by the Company, the owner of such intellectual property or proprietary rights.
8. You may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in MyRoomeaze.
9. You agree to not remove, obscure or otherwise alter any proprietary notices appearing on any content, including copyright, trademark and other intellectual property notices.
Member interaction
1. Member interaction
  1. The Service is for personal use only. Users may not use the Service or any content contained in the Service (including, but not limited to, content of other users, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, software, audio files and computer code) in connection with any commercial endeavours, such as
    1. advertising or soliciting any user to buy or sell any products or services not offered by the Company or
    2. soliciting others to attend parties or other social functions, or networking, for commercial purposes. Users of the Service may not use any information obtained from the Service to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any other user without his or her prior explicit consent.
  2. Organisations, companies, and/or businesses may not use the Service or the Service for any purpose. The Company may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service.
2. Your interaction with other users
  1. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You understand that the company currently does not conduct criminal background checks or screenings on its users. The company also does not inquire into the backgrounds of all of its users or attempt to verify the statements of its users. The company makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or their compatibility with any current or future users. The company reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check or other screenings (such as sex offender register searches), at any time and using available public records.
  2. The company is not responsible for the conduct of any user. In no event shall the company, its affiliates or its partners be liable (directly or indirectly) for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the service including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through the service. You understand that the company makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the service. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other users.

4. Safety
  1. MyRoomeaze promotes a safe and fun environment, and treats any claims of unsafe behaviour seriously, however please note that;
    1. As per section 8 b) i and ii; The Company currently does not conduct criminal background checks or screenings of its users,
    2. MyRoomeaze is unable to provide direct advice on areas outside of our service, such as safety, legal, tax, insurance, or accounting. We may provide general information, links or referrals to other websites or industry bodies maintained by entities not affiliated with MyRoomeaze.

Links are provided only as resources that may assist. These links are provided as is, and are up to the user to deem whether they are suitable for their needs.

Infringement
1. We own and retain all proprietary rights in and relating to the MyRoomeaze Sites. Proprietary rights in and relating to the MyRoomeaze Sites must not be used in any way without our prior written consent.
2. You warrant that any content that you post or transmit on a MyRoomeaze Site, or otherwise transmit to any other member of a MyRoomeaze Site by any other means, will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. Subject to our obligations under our Privacy Policy you grant us the right to use, reproduce, publish, store, modify or transmit, in any form or by any means, in whole or part, your Content, for any purpose. You warrant that you have the right to grant us such rights.
4. No person may use, reproduce, publish, store, modify or transmit, in any form or by any means, in whole or part, any Content posted or transmitted on an MyRoomeaze Site, or otherwise transmitted to any member of an MyRoomeaze Site, other than their own Content, without the express written permission of the relevant owner.
5. If you believe that any Content has been posted or transmitted on a MyRoomeaze Site, or otherwise transmitted to any member of a MyRoomeaze Site by any other means, in violation of your rights, please send us an email via the Contact Us page.
Law and disputes
1. MyRoomeaze and the MyRoomeaze community work together to keep the site working properly and the community safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy breaches to us using the flag abuse system or via our support pages.
2. MyRoomeaze may issue warnings, limit or terminate service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the site, if we think they are creating problems or not acting in accordance to our policies. However, MyRoomeaze does not accept any liability for monitoring or for unauthorised or unlawful content on MyRoomeaze or use of MyRoomeaze by users
3. Should a dispute arise between you and MyRoomeaze, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to the MyRoomeaze Help page. Any reasonable requests will be considered and we will attempt to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Communication
1. The Company may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to this Agreement, using any reasonable means now known or hereafter developed, including by email, regular mail, SMS, MMS, text message or postings in the Service.
2. Such notices may not be received if you violate this Agreement by accessing the Service in an unauthorised manner. You agree that you are deemed to have received any and all notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the Service in an authorised manner.
Company support
1. MyRoomeaze offers general advice and supportive documentation and forums on our sites. These are provided to assist our members however MyRoomeaze does not claim to be authorities on any particular matter, and only offer their support AS IS.
2. In addition, the Company may also provide assistance and guidance through its customer care representatives.
3. When communicating with the company or our customer care representatives, you agree to not be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or to not otherwise behave inappropriately.
4. If we feel that your behaviour towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.
Amendments
1. This Agreement is subject to change by the Company at any time.
2. The Company reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
3. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. To protect the integrity of the Service, the Company reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block users from certain IP addresses from accessing the Service.
